At STL Authentics, we stand behind our gear and want every fan to be satisfied with their purchase. If your sports apparel or memorabilia isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your merchandise is in its original, unworn condition with all official league tags and holographic stickers still attached.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely package your items, ensuring collectibles are padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
